Today my friend group, a group of nine, went to a museum. Two of my friends, let’s call them R and C, were split up and avoiding the rest of the group the whole time, and it’s not the first time they have done so.
We were in our group for the first half hour exploring and then we reached an exhibit and the group split off into two, then three. R and C ran off and nobody was mad at them because we were all in little groups. It was that way until lunch, we had been at the museum for around two hours and wanted to eat so we met up for lunch. R and C were 20 minutes late and were not answering their phones. This is went the group started to get upset but we all decided to let it go since it was just once. After lunch we decided to all go to an exhibit but R wanted to go somewhere else and she was dragging C along with her. We decided we would all go with them that way we all stayed together. Once we reached the exhibit they ran away from us and we couldn’t find them. Around an hour later we were all together (besides R and C) taking a picture and then they showed up behind us. We invited them in but then R runs away and C follows. Half of our group went and followed them but the other half stayed and waited. We couldn’t find the rest of the group because they had gotten lost looking for R and C. We decided to wait outside and let them come to us instead of running around like crazy. Outside of the exhibit, we ran into R and C. R peaked her head out of an elevator and then ran back inside when she saw us. We all went into the elevator trying to regroup but R ran out telling C to follow. C followed and as she did I practically glared at her and she saw me, she said something to R and kept walking. At this point I was really pissed off but kept having fun with my group. An hour after that, R and I were meant to meetup somewhere but she was late. I texted her where are you and she asked me why. I told her I was at the place we were meant to meetup and she told me she wouldn’t make it on time, I told her to let me know when she was coming and that we would wait for her, she told us about 15 minutes. The other two members (not R and C) met up with us and after 15 minutes I texted R and asked her how much longer and she said she didn’t know and we left. We met up and left a little bit after that and I haven’t talked to them yet, this isn’t the first time they have done something like this.
