It seems no matter what I do, sweep, vacuum, mop, it just clings. We don't have any vacuums besides cheap ones that were impulse bought.

Does anyone have any recommendations for this type of floor? I don't really have a budget, any price range is fine. 200, 500, As long as its worth it. I have a dog and this floor is in my kitchen. My moms disabled so a vacuum she could use would also be awesome but I plan on doing most of it.
