[Landlord US-CA] How to automatically know if the rent is late?

How do you actually know if rent is late?

I've got 3 properties and I'm realizing my "system" is just checking my bank app every morning like a psycho

For those with more than 1-2 units, how do you track who's paid and who hasn't without manually checking accounts?

|'ve tried spreadsheets but I forget to update them. Curious what's actuallv workina for small landlords (under 10 units) vs the big PM software that's overkill

28M with high BP. Don't know if it is anxiety or real hypertension?

I am a 28M with severe health anxiety. I have been into this mess for about 3 years now. I have had all the test there are for heart last year like Ecgs, echo, thallium scan, 24 hour BP monitoring, 48 hours holter and they were all fine. I have been to almost 10 different doctors and none said i had anything serious with my heart or lungs . I have had ultrasounds, lfts, rfts and blood tests which were also normal. I do smoke but not a very heavy smoker 7-8 a day.

I have been exercising for the last 10 years on and off. I left exercising 9 months back when I thought my heart was not fine and my lifestyle has been very sedentary.

Now I have something going on in my abdomen, so my doctor wanted to do endoscopy, before that I had to clear anesthesia test, but my bp reading was 183/103. I was continuously walking in the hospital and had to go up and down the stairs several times and then they immediately took my bp. I became do anxious that even after 20 mins of sitting it did not go down. I came back home and slept and after waking up it was 140/90. I usually have bp on the higher side which I do not know why. As soon as I see the BP apparatus my mind starts thinking the bp will be high. I am on antidepressants for the last 4 months. My GP and cardiologist haven't put me on bp meds. But this is the first time I have seen my bp so high. The lowest I have seen my bp at hospital is 110/70.

Really do not want to be on meds.

Planning in measuring it at home for 3 days and then check with my cardiologist again.
