Are there specific resources for improving autistic adults’ executive functioning?

I was diagnosed about two years ago and am still trying to figure out how knowing I’m autistic can actually help me build/improve my life.

I’ve always struggled with executive functioning — organization, planning, cooking and cleaning, just very basic life skills. So I’ve realized some of this could be a result of autism, but it doesn’t seem like there are specific resources for autistic people dealing with this. I see stuff about making to-do lists, habit stacking, creating good routines, pomodoro technique, small rewards, etc. But that’s all stuff that I’ve tried and failed over and over again.

Is there anything that worked for you? Especially for dealing with rigid thinking — I tend to get a right way to do things in my mind and have trouble adjusting.
