Hi, I ordered on Shein, never ever again

It's cheap quality and not always true to size.

I'm attempting to return all of the order. 14 items in total.

Do I have to pay $20 for each item return? If so that's crazy. That's almost the same price I paid for all the items.

Please tell me this ain't so and I've read it wrong?
