Following up on my previous post. After I posted here they finally responded on WhatsApp and offered to release my package and send me the tracking number. I agreed immediately. That was several days ago. Since then:

Multiple messages sent across different days. All ignored or left unread. No tracking number received. No update whatsoever

They responded once to say "it's Sunday, nothing operates on weekends" but otherwise complete silence despite making a clear commitment.

At this point I'm preparing to file a chargeback. Would not recommend ordering from ReceptorChem if you're shipping internationally. Zero follow through on their promises and terrible communication.

Ordered S-23 from ReceptorChems about 5 weeks ago, shipping to Azerbaijan. Never received a tracking number, package never arrived.

Emailed them but no response. Found their WhatsApp number, messaged them there. They responded immediately asking "did you give any customs info?" I said no. After that complete silence. I sent multiple follow up messages over several days, all delivered but ignored.

No tracking number provided, no update on my order status, no explanation of what happened. Just ghosted after their one question.

Has anyone else had issues with them shipping internationally? Is this normal for them or did I just get unlucky?
