Will Clomid after Ligandrol cycle help?

I’m currently on Ligandrol only cycle 10mg/day and I plan to run it for 8 weeks. From what I’ve learned on many studies and forums running clomid as pct after the cycle should kickstart the natural production back since I am going to get suppressed. I just want to double-check here by asking you guys who have already ran this or similar cycle. Thank you in advance for any helpful comments!

First cycle — looking for experienced advice on planning, sourcing, and avoiding mistakes.

Not sure if helps, but for context I am a 30 year old Male. I’ve been researching anabolic steroids and SARMs for several years now (since about 13 -15 years of age to current), and after a lot of consideration I’ve decided I’m likely going to move forward rather than continue researching indefinitely. I’m not looking to jump into anything blindly or chase a crazy cycle.
For those of you with actual experience, I’d appreciate some advice on what you wish you knew before your first cycle.
Specifically, I’m interested in hearing about:
How you approached planning your first cycle
What you did beforehand in terms of bloodwork and health markers
What you monitored during and afterward
Common mistakes first-time users make
How you approached sourcing and verifying what you were actually getting
How you handled recovery/fertility considerations afterward
Anything you would do differently if you could go back to your first cycle
I’m not looking for a cookie-cutter cycle or someone to convince me to use. I’ve already spent years researching this and understand there are real risks. I’m mainly looking for practical advice from people who have actually been through it, particularly things that aren’t obvious from reading studies and general information online.
I’d especially appreciate hearing from experienced users who are willing to be honest about both the positives and the negatives rather than glorifying it.
Please DM as ik that most communities are not super friendly towards some of the information i am after. I appreciate a good joke but also not looking to get called a fuckhead, retard either. But thanks in advance for any info at all! Bug fan of the page and reading people’s experiences and seeing their current stacks. For real, thanks for any and all info anyone is willing to share!

Best Body Recomp SARMs?

I’m looking for advice on the best SARMs for a body recomp (building muscle while simultaneously burning fat).
Specifically, I have a few questions:
Which option is best suited for this goal among LGD-4033, RAD-140, or Ostarine?
Is a Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) strictly necessary for these compounds, and would Enclomiphene alone be sufficient?
Which liver supports (liver supps) are absolutely necessary to take alongside them?
Thanks in advance for your help!

How realistic is occasional PED use with long periods completely off?

I'm 32 male, my goal isn't to stay on PEDs year round. I'm wondering whether they can be used occasionally to speed up progress, then come off and spend most of the time training without them.

Basically:

  • Run a relatively mild cycle
  • Come off, PCT if appropriate, and recover
  • Continue training completely off PEDs
  • Only consider another cycle much later if hormones and bloodwork are back to baseline
  • Avoid reaching a point where I need to stay on permanently just to maintain my physique

My main question is: how much of the extra muscle can realistically be maintained during long periods off, assuming natural hormone production recovers and training/diet stay consistent?

Tirzepatide is partly what made me think about this. It helped me stick to my diet and finally get lean enough to see my abs. Now that I've reached that goal, I'm tapering off and plan to continue without it.

Obviously steroids/SARMs work very differently, but I'm wondering if the same general idea can apply: use something temporarily to accelerate progress, then stop and continue without it.

Especially interested in hearing from people who have actually followed this kind of approach for several years rather than staying on year round.

I genuinely have trouble eating to a surplus or even maintenance. thoughts on taking mk677?

24, M, 5'9, 150lbs

For my whole life i never had an appetite like a "normal" person would. For some people always struggle to eat less, eating less for me is very comfortable. Eating more on the other hand even to a slight caloric surplus is super super hard for me. I find my self force feeding myself back when i was 17-20 years old just to gain weight and build muscle. Fasting is second nature to me, eating two big meals twice a day is normal to me, putting in "effort" to even hit maintenance calories or a slight 200 calorie surplus is hard for me. I have no appetite in mornings hence i dont take breakfast and just fast.

I am now 24 and had ended my 5 month cut, (which was fairly easy). I am planning to go on a slight surplus again and taking mk677 might help me based on my research. Any thoughts?

Need advice on taking mk677

I'm 20, 171 cm, and weigh 50 kg. I've been trying to gain weight for the last 3 years. I'm pretty consistent with the gym, I go 5 days a week and train as hard as I can. but eating enough has always been my biggest struggle. It's really hard for me to eat above my maintenance calories, no matter how hard I try.

I was thinking about taking MK-677 to help increase my appetite since eating is really the only struggle. Do you guys have any advice on what I should do or how I should approach this?

Anavar and kidneys

Guys I have one kidney but I’ve taken sarms before and do extensive bloodwork. Bloods look good thinking about doing 25 mg of Anavar for like 6-8 weeks. Thoughts ? And anything to run other than NAC for protection?

If Anavar is no good might hop back in ac262 or just go regular GH route. Let me know what you meat heads think.

First SARM stack — Looking for Input

First SARM Stack

I’m thinking about doing my first SARM stack and would really appreciate some insight. What are your thoughts on this brand and the stack in general?
I was told to take two pills per day, which would mean I’d need to purchase another bottle to run it for the full 60 days.

This would also be my first time ever using SARMs. Up until now, I’ve only used peptides. I’m wondering whether I should even go down the SARM route or if I’d be better off just doing Test E.

I’m mainly looking for opinions from people with experience. Any insight on the compounds, the brand, potential risks, or whether one route makes more sense than the other would be greatly appreciated.

I’m also a Type 1 diabetic and I get blood work done regularly.

Ostarine only cycle results after reaching natural limit?

Who has experience with this? I have already reached my natural limit, which is why 1 am asking. Has anyone had noticeable results with an Ostarine-only cycle after a few weeks or months? If yes, how were they?
Please, no unnecessary comments only looking for serious SARM experiences.

Prescribed enclomiphene, what do you think?

Hey guys,

Started following this type of group a few months ago, I was extremely unhealthy my entire life. Close to 300 pounds in my late 30's. I had a bit of a mid life crisis and locked in for 2 years lol, best thing i ever did. Cleared up a majority of health issues i had, and i feel better then I did when I was 25. Im now down to 180 pounds, eat right daily, gym daily and ill never stop. I did this completely naturally, no GLP, no reta, the old fashioned way lol.

My one issue is testosterone levels being really low, you can see my latest blood test attached.

Dr prescribed me enclomiphene and ill be getting it this week. Ive never done a sarm, peptide, steroid etc etc ever.

Is like to see where this gets my testosterone now, but now that im where I want to be, and im looking to put on more muscle mass, i figure there are some great additions i can use with it. Based on my research, Anavar would be a great addition, or something like MK and RAD.

I would wait 8-10 weeks to get my new results before I start anything, but wanted to get some opinions in here

Is worth taking S - 23 for 5-6 weeks?

I just saw that it's on sale at Receptor Chem, and I was thinking of getting a bottle—which works out to 25 mg for 30 days. Since I only want to take 15 mg a day, it would last me around 6 weeks. However, I'm still not sure if 12.5 mg of enclomiphene a day actually works, and I don't want to mess up my hormonal axis.
