Context: I’m fresh out the military and free to do what I please
I workout frequently and eat a surplus of calories. I am 24m with a fast metabolism and struggle to gain weight like those around me/the guys I lift with. I want to gain mass.
Anyone have any suggestions?
I didn’t know it was this good. I emailed them saying I lost a camming bar screw and asked for the size so I can go out and buy a new screw, they immediately sent me a tracking number with a new camming bar setup on the way.
I’m curious what other people think about this.
I recently applied for a disabled parking placard through the VA/DMV and my provider only approved me for a 90-day temporary placard because she said my imaging only shows “mild scoliosis.” The thing is, the issues I’m dealing with are all chronic and service-connected through the VA, and I’ve already been doing PT and other treatments for years.
These are my current VA ratings:
Total: 100% P&T
50% — PTSD/depressive disorder
30% — Headaches
30% — Obstructive sleep apnea
20% — Right shoulder strain
20% — Left shoulder strain
10% — Lumbar strain / IVDS / degenerative disc disease / spinal stenosis / thoracic strain / lumbar & thoracic scoliosis
10% — Bilateral plantar fasciitis s/p stress fracture of right calcaneus
10% — Left lower extremity sciatic nerve lumbar radiculopathy
10% — Right lower extremity sciatic nerve lumbar radiculopathy
10% — Left knee patellofemoral pain syndrome
10% — Right knee patellofemoral pain syndrome
10% — Left foot hallux valgus
10% — Right foot hallux valgus
10% — Left wrist DeQuervain’s syndrome
10% — Right wrist DeQuervain’s syndrome
10% — Allergic rhinitis
10% — Bilateral eye chronic allergic conjunctivitis
10% — Tinnitus
0% — Chronic sinusitis
0% — Ventral hernia
0% — Acne with scarring
My biggest issues are the back problems, nerve pain/radiculopathy, knee pain, plantar fasciitis, and foot issues. Walking long distances and standing for long periods absolutely cause problems for me, but I’m also only in my 20s so sometimes I feel weird even asking for a handicap placard.
Do you guys think a temporary 90-day placard makes sense here, or does this sound more like something that should qualify for a longer-term placard?
I personally don’t care. A Glock is a Glock. The only thing I’m thinking about doing is having the slide milled so I can run an optic. I do love a compensated barrel.
Very unfortunate that I have to run 10rnd mags because they stopped their oem 15s and I’d be naughty running 17s
I’ve never seen this before, I opened the box 3 minutes ago and instantly took a picture.

3 months ago someone attempted to break into my car in my driveway at 0430, so I went out and got a G19 for home defense. I then got my CHP and picked this up for carry. Any suggestions on what you’d change/do next?
