I’m about to hop on mk677 and I have my fair share of za use and pouches while doing work. Will there be any negative impact on my mk while doing these things? Are they a bad mix?

Been debating between the two for my first cycle. Either
5mg LGD 8 weeks
or
12.5 mg mk677 still deciding the time
What are your guys thoughts?
