Would 3,125 mg of enclo be enough while running 5mg of lgd-4033 a day? Should I double it to 6.25mg for pct?

Also I have 10mg capsules on me, so if I am planning on doing 5mg should I open them and weight it or just take 10mg every other day? Thank you so much for actual answers!
