Fatigue, swelling and flares! Oh my!
In today's episode of "what in the actual hell is going on?" While off work with me/cfs symptoms (month 2 for anyone keeping track) I have thrown out my back, my son got pneumonia with hospital vist, I broke my heart rate (130+ for hours from...watching tv), started meds, son had seizures (hes got epilepsy not new, but hospital visits, and med changes abound), my husband switched positions and now is working 16hr days 4x a week and now after a year with no swelling, my fingers and hands are in a straight up ra flare.
At this point I dont know how to answer my dr anymore. He will ask if I've been resting(??) And if I've been trying to be active. Man im just trying to stay upright!
Anyway, pls, commiserate if able. Our lives are weird sometimes and im feeling like im held hostage by my body. (Although thankfully im not doing all of this while working like all the other times)
