I know medyo madami ng post about Sunlife pero wala ako makitang exact Perks & Compensation Package na inoofer for Assistant Managerial position, non BPO department.

Meron kaya makakapag share about dito? (Aside sa mga negative reviews like micromanaging etc. haha)

Current compensation package sa company ko ngayon as Asst. Manager (SM company, 1yr tenure):
- 13th & 14th month
- Christmas Bonus (daw)
- yearly increase (minimum 7% daw)
- opportunity for promotion after 2yrs
- discounts sa SM Conglemorates

May nakita kasi akong opening for a assistant managerial position na related sa background ko. Very same sa current position ko and then ung offer is atleast 40% increase of what I’m getting now.

Ang kinatakot ko lang is baka magfall din ako sa boss na micromanaging like nung boss ko ngayon. Wala rin kasi ako makuhang mentorship.

Pros:
- 40% of salary increase sa akin
- no coding from cavite to bgc

Cons:
- no wfh setup sa current company ko
- from 26kms na layo ko sa work ngayon, magiging 37kms na coming from Cavite area
- sa taas ng gas ngayon medyo malaki ung chunk ng mapupunta sa transpo budget ko
- Ang laki ng parking rate sa BGC
- commute seems not easy from Cavite to BGC

Recently, my father acquired a 5.2 hectares land through a heritage from my grandfather. Since crops will take a while to produce and ofcourse it will depend on the season, my family is thinking to start an egg production business however totally zero knowledge kami pagdating dito.

Anyone here who’s successfully put up this kind of business? Any tips on how do we start?

My ideas area:

1. What type of chicken produces more eggs per month?
2. What Crops to be planted on where we can use the manure produce by the chicken?
3. No. Of chicken as a start up?
