In the listing pics (first 3 pics) I can see that the bag does have some flaws, but to me it looked more like dirt, which I was fine with and purchased it, since I could clean it off.
But this? It came heavily scuffed and not possible to clean off, since the leather is damaged, PLUS it has highlighter marks which were not shown in any of the pictures🙃
I feel that I paid too much for something like this, especially when she listed it as an item in good condition, and mentioned in the description that it is in perfect condition. To me this looks way far from being in "perfect" condition, but maybe Im wrong lol.
On one hand Im quite upset, because I dont feel ready to pay the same amount of money for something which is looking far worse than I expected. On the other hand, I feel bad for the seller :(( I dont want to seem like a problematic buyer.
Pls help😫 What do we think? Should I raise an issue?
