This is my pedalboard rig at the moment. I mainly play ambient and rhythm style guitar for my church and have the occasional fx such as the rat for solos and whatnot.
Got a Electro Harmonix Oceans Abyss on the way (should be here any day), so I’m trying to finalize my routing now before it arrives. Itll be placed where that large space on my board is.
Whats the best way at going about the fx loop for the Time factor, Oceans Abyss, and Hx Stomp? Is keeping the TimeFactor in the HX loop and running Oceans Abyss after HX the best setup? Or should both be in the loop / routed differently?

EHX Soul Food
ProCo RAT
Line 6 HX Stomp
FX Loop → Eventide TimeFactor → back into HX
HX Stomp out → (soon) EHX Oceans Abyss → DI
👉 TimeFactor is in the HX Stomp’s FX loop, and planning to have Oceans Abyss last in chain for ambient verbs.

CS-3 → Spark → Soul Food → RAT
Would you reorder this?
Anyone prefer RAT into lower gain drives?
Best place for the Spark as a boost vs light drive?
