M550 spoiler tape has water days after wash

I had spoiler installed on my 2021 m550i. I’ve had to have it reinstalled twice now due to water draining from the tape after a car wash. It doesn’t happen at first but slowly over time if I wash the car, water stays in the tape and drains slowly over the next few drives. I’m assuming it happens when I accelerate because it doesn’t happen when the car is parked. The tech that installed it has tried two different tape brands. He said 30 and 45 lb 3M tape. The spoiler stays on pretty well not really a concern of it falling off yet but the water issue is really annoying. I washed it Wednesday and I still had water streaks running down the bumper today, it’s now Friday. Any help would be appreciated.

California SOC Share of cost Medi-cal waiver - help

My 2 sons, both on the spectrum have been receiving Ihss Protective services for a few years now. Just had our Medi-cal renewed and got hit with a notice, SOC over 8k. Pretty devastated. Paystubs are zero $. I guess it was due to a slight increase in family income. I was under the impression with the Medi-cal waiver any income was exempt. Guess I was wrong. I guess next steps are to figure a way to reduce the SOC amount. Anyone been in a similar situation?

Will VA disability effect Protective supervision?

My son currently receives Protective services, he is on the spectrum and requires full time supervision. My wife is the live in provider. I have been a disabled veteran for years but only recently started receiving service connected benefits/pay. Our redetermination is coming up and I am wondering if it will affect my son’s eligibility for medi-cal. He currently has the medi-cal waiver that doesn’t take into consideration the income but I am wondering if anyone else is in a similar situation?
