I’m trying to complete the Persona identity verification for my 17-year-old stepson’s account. The account is in his name, but he doesn’t have a government-issued ID yet.
If I complete the Persona verification using my own ID, will it fail because my name doesn’t match the account holder’s name, or is that still accepted? Has anyone been in a similar situation?
