Noticed that the shower flow had become really pathetic and kept going cold easily.

Took the shower head off and found these hard stones had filled and blocked the top, this shower was brand new 18 months ago.

How an earth am I supposed to present this level of scaling? I don't understand how my combi boiler is going to survive if this is what the shower looks like.

I live in Rugby in Warwickshire and I think this is just how the water is.
