Can anyone of you point me in the direction of a pair of ear protectors that actually cancel out almost all sound but at the same time don’t squeeze to hard? Preferably a pair that can be found in Europe.

I am very sensitive to sound, but right across from me there are several buildings being erected, and apart from the noise from the tools, the builders are blasting music as well.

Edit to add that I currently have a pair of Peltor Optime II that help to some degree but they are more blunting the sound rather than blocking it.
