Has anyone noticed lately, zerodha SL orders are not executing properly. This happened to me 3 times in last 5-6 days.

My purchase price for option (Nifty or SENSEX) is 80, price goes up to 100. I put Stop-loss order for trigger at 90 and limit at 90. Now market come bact fast to 89. My order is triggered but market is already at 89. Now I have open order at 90.

Initially I thought it might be due to large volatility, but previously it used to work no matter how fast market moves. Has anyone of you experienced such thing recently?
