Hello,

I have been having issues with 6 accounts now that require face scan to unlock my account. I do the scan and it's all good but roblox gives message unable to unlock my account and wants to me do it again. I'm stuck in loop and email support is no help at all.

I tested on other devices and even had someone try for me.

Has anyone had this issue?
