So I recently missed my period, took several tests, and found out I'm pregnant. I'm super excited and pretty anxious on this whole thing. I booked an appt with my dr to do blood work just to confirm. I'm anxious cause it's what me and fiance were trying to do, I just thought I had more time to lose weight and get fit, currently 174 which has me in the obese BMI and I really wanted a smooth pregnancy like my friend had. She got super fit, continue to workout into her pregnancy, and had an extremely smooth labor at the end.
I still plan to workout and eat even cleaner but I'm kinda lost at what I should be aiming for so baby can be healthy and my body doesn't feel like it's giving out on me.
Does anyone have advise on this? Or how to handle this all? 🥺 I kinda have no one to ask cause the people I go to for advise either: has never had kids or is currently handling health issues and I don't want to bother them.
