20F, I've noticed this red dot on my breast for the last maybe 5 days. I thought it was a pimple or something at first so I tried to pop it but nothing came out so I left it alone and it darkened/spread?

I've attached close ups of it & my finger next to it for size comparison. When I squish it feels like maybe a bead sized little hardness (was a little larger feeling 2 days ago). Is this a warning sign of anything 😬 or could it be something less serious.
