Stupid decision

Hi. Im 16, female and i dont smoke.

Recently, around mid-February, i went to an emergency dentist, so a non regular dentist to fix a bad cavity i ignored.

I never went to the dentist before and the cavity hurted real bad.

I got it partially fixed with a temporary filling and she told me i needed to go to another dentist to finish the job asap, since they were permanantly closing theirs.

I didnt. I waited for so long because the pain was gone and i procrastinated and thought i had time.

Today, the tooth cracked, and im scared asf.

I was eating cornflakes and noticed a weird smell coming from my mouth to my nose. I checked the tooth, and it got a hole and a crack. I wiggled it a tiny bit, and half of my tooth was moving.

(on the photo, its not that noticeable, but the bubbles are hiding the crack that goes down my gums)

I dont know if its my anxiety reminding me of how bad the tooth ache was before the dentist treatment, but i can genuinely feel tingling at my jaw where the pain was during the untreated cavity.

I have to go to another emergency dentist tommorow morning because in my area, dentist are open for a short amount of time on weekends. but i genuinely wont calm down, my anxiety is trough the roof and i honestly have no idea whether of not ill make it tommrow because its sunday.

Can anyone give me a tip, on how i can keep the tooth damage as minimal as possible, till my dentist visit? Cause i genuinely dont know weather it will be tomorrow or on monday.
