Bought 2 fake items from a seller, Support is telling me 2 different things about what I should do??
Bought 2 jerseys from the same seller, couldnt bundle them together so I paid for both items to be shipped seprately, around €8 each for shipping. They arrived today and they are clearly fake (printed logos, ineligible words, awful quality) so I reported the items as counterfeit to Vinted under their SNAD policy. One support chat was great, suspended the transaction and are looking into it, the other one is telling me that I should return the item (at my own expense) even though that’s not their policy against counterfeit goods. I‘m fine with returning the items, just not at my own expense. What should I do?
