I had an dream about shifting itself after doing a shifting attempt

So last night I sorta a did a little shifting method? It’s the one when you set a alarm to wake up after a few hours of sleep then you do a little shifting method so I did that I didn’t shift but I had a dream about shifting it’s self so yeah idk what that means but I was excited about it
