I’m looking for a girl to takeover my lease at the Pointe at Central for next year (August 2026 - 2027) It is a 4x2 and my rent is currently $860 per month with utilities included up to a $35 cap (we rarely ever go over and if we do it’s like $2 a month). It’s a pretty spacious apartment at around 1300 sqft. Also, we live on the 3rd floor so we have tall ceilings!
