Reconsideration

I got denied on 5/13 for my PTSD, anxiety, and depression claim.
I filed for reconsideration on 5/15, and today my claim already moved to Step 3. I’m honestly surprised because it only took 3 days; and that included the weekend. The first time around, it took almost 2 months for me to reach Step 3.
For anyone who’s gone through reconsideration, how long did the process usually take for you? I’m in Wisconsin, if that makes any difference. I only have one additional document being considered.

Step 4

I unfortunately was denied, not quite sure my next step is. Big question if I should appeal or if I should just give up, any advice?
I applied Jan. 3rd for Anxiety, Depression, and PTSD.
Jan 6th moved to Step 2
March 16th step 3 for Daily living questionnaire
April 16th step 3 still but Requesting medical Records And Finally May 11th I moved to step 4.
I'm really just confused because so many people on it for mental reasons told me they will do a CE but they never requested one and I went to step 4 instead.
I do have significant medical documentation from June 2019 to now from my pcp, 3 different psychologist and 2 psychiatrists.
I also stopped working in Feb 2024 due to have horrible my anxiety is even leaving my house but I'm not sure how much that'll play into my case.
I'm so nervous and praying for the approval
