Can’t Stay Up Late? 😫

When I was young - teenager, college, my 20s - I loved staying up late. But now after years of an early work schedule followed by parenting a small child, I live for getting into bed early, relaxing with a book or TV show, getting a good night’s sleep.

I used to make fun of my parents for this…

The problem is that anytime I have an event that requires being up past my bedtime I am so tired. I have no tolerance for alcohol so I can’t have more than one drink without it ruining the next day. I actually dread situations where I’m out past 10. I can’t believe this is me now.

Can anyone else relate??? I need to not feel so alone in this 🤣
