My ‘20F’ girlfriend and I ‘20M’ have been in a relationship for about a 3 and a half years. Everything else about our relationship is great. We’re also both our first sexual partners I think that’s important to add.
When we have sex, it’s usually a 1 minute to 1 minute and 30 seconds long before I finish. We talked about it recently and how it leaves her disappointed. It leaves me disappointed aswell because I am leaving her unsatisfied when we have sex. It’s also quite embarrassing to me when it’s always so quick so I’ve been pretty upset about it lately. Anyone have any tips to help me last longer and satisfy my gf more sexually? Anything helps thank you.
Edit: I’d like to add this wasn’t really an issue a year and a half ago. I think it’s maybe because we don’t do it as much anymore but I’m not entirely sure?
