Hypocracy - Corporate world
Dear corporate mazdoor's.
Hope you doing well.
I have been employed in MNC's and many local organisations, one thing that tore me to the core is hypocracy of my colleagues relating to each other and employees. They are all smiles and laughs while meeting other colleagues but as soon as they leave, they will give them bad names and even abuse them Keh I still feel shit to the core. Def, when I'm not there they may be saying stuff about me as well.
It's the shittest culture, people obviously know what others think about them and still they act like best buddies around and when they turn their back definitely they say bad words for each other.
Just wanna rant. We are the worst of the worst of hypocrates individually (exceptions are there). It just makes my mind blown away every day and working here in this mindset is very difficult.
May Allah make it easy for all the faithful souls and give hadayah to the sinners like me.
