I lived at work for 5 years, and now i finally have my own place! My priority will be the roof and floor, cause what the hell were they thinking lol but it's gonna work out, I have the vision for it, hopefully i can come back here in a few months to show some progress

Just some observations: the floor is not "dirty" that's a lot of stains that does not want to come out, I'm gonna replace it pretty soon
