Think about it first the infection kills them and then uses their body like suits but white got infected just as he walked in cafeteria so then he would have got killed in front of everyone so then the imposters wouldn't be able to use that as a disguise and that's why white never came back as an imposter

Because of budget cuts I'm pretty sure he knew how to revive one person he was a medic he might have not been as handsome as most doctors but he was effective
