Sorta like we listen and we don't judge type stuff

I'll start, purple is about as bad as red, blime is stupid, cyan belongs in a mental hospital, white is stereotyped even though nobody saw them enough to judge them on how they actually are, brown is too peaceful that it makes them slightly bad

I can say that but nobody will judge in the comments

these are my personal beliefs on ships in the AUS. fight me.

Explaining my points:

Blime-i've seen ppl bash on it cuz its popular,some shipper interpretations but tbh i dont think they RLLY care that much abt them and almost purely hate on it cuz they are popular lowk if you have personal reasons to dont like it you are valid tho(but pls dont use that lime is religious cuz they dont have fuckass gender and technically they are all queer by being agender)

Geogem-for the last time their dynamic its not "abuser × victim" cuz cyan also has a bit of fault on the situation obv it doesnt shade what black did but they DID TAKE accountibility of their actions and tried to remedy it,there relationship was mostly written to be a tragedia of the friendship that couldnt be on live but maybe on death

Camtain-their whole arc was abt giving a New start of their relationship letting all the bitter and ángel between both of them let go both of them fucked it up during the show but both wanna give another chance,if we only keep the bad moments it can be seeing worse but tbh it isnt only that

Paidintern-ok yeah i get that as its more based on a dynamic that we dont see a lot it can be kind of dumb,BUUUUT i stand that they have hella potential por personal growth(especially for white) so while i get some hate i dont rlly agree on it(also no crew green didnt hated white or white intentionally hurted them)

Trustworm-....OK OK OK BEFORE YALL FLAME ME,yeah i do think that as imposters they wouldnt be so healthy but i dont think that would make them so bad tbh,they give me vibes of a comedic villians ship tbh and as crewmates i think it would show a bit more of a genuine version of orange and green can be a good contrast by how serviciable they are and how orange realize that mira rules are not rlly being helpful

Chekiss-Ship with NO HATERS(and no it doesnt count if you like them as platonic cuz you still like their dynamic) lets keep it as that

The episode begins immediately after the crew discovers Lavender's death in Communications.

Everyone is gathered outside the room. Nobody knows what to do.

Pink and maroon are suspicious of Red, believing Red is using the alien story to cover up Lavender's murder.

Rose is worried about Red and tries to keep them calm.

purple begins documenting Lavender's death, remembering how often Lavender complained about something being wrong.

Gray is troubled by the radio problems. He remembers Lavender complaining about the communications equipment, but assumes Lavender was probably just being paranoid.

Red notices the vent inside Communications and realizes how the impostor might have entered.

Red: "Everyone, stay away from the vents."

Pink thinks Red is trying to scare everyone. Maroon tells the crew that it's just a work accident and lavender must have just gotten electrocuted because of all their paranoia

"let's just mourn them and get back to our work, this isn't the first time this happened.."

But Red refuses to let the matter go.

Red: "You're not listening! Lavender didn't just lock themselves in there for no reason!"

Maroon: "it's because they were paranoid, red. or are you trying to say there's a murderer? if so then you're the most suspicious one, want to tell everyone about the skeld?"

Red gets nervous and quiets down

everyone mourns lavender and buries them

they head back to their work

Red goes to rose to ask if they have an x-ray machine or scanner

Rose: "actually it's in the lab, why are you asking?"

Red: "I think we can use it to identify the aliens since they don't have bones, they're just goo creatures"

Rose: "i don't know about that, Red.. since Pink doesn't really like you and-"

Red: "I'll see what i can do."

Red heads to the lab and asks Coral if they can use it

coral: "it's broken"

red: "Sorry?"

coral: "yeah it's broken, i don't know what to tell you, gray hasn't fixed it yet. not sure why you even want to use it"

A little time passes. Gray is finally done working on the radio, red enters and asks gray if they can fix the scanner in the lab

Gray: "i JUST got done with the radio, give me a break"

Red: "Please..?"

Then..

THE LIGHTS GO OUT.

beans start panicking. Someone bumps into another crewmate, and somebody nearly walks into a wall.

Red immediately hurries to the meeting room to call an emergency meeting so everyone can stay together.

Red: "DON'T GO NEAR THE VENTS! STAY WITH EACH OTHER!"

This time, even some of the skeptical crewmates listen. Whatever they think of Red, they don't want to be alone in the dark immediately after Lavender's death.

Red remembers something they believe might help against the aliens.

Red: "We need salt and water!"

Pink questions them, but Red insists.

White volunteers to retrieve the supplies. They know where the kitchen stores its ingredients, so it seems like a sensible choice.

Meanwhile, everyone else attempts to reach Electrical together

eeveryone forms a chain of crewmates holding onto one another, with complaints and arguments as they stumble through the dark

they reach electrical safe and sound and Gray eventually repairs the lights.

For a moment, everyone feels safer.

But White hasn't returned..

The crew realizes White has been gone for longer than expected.

Red is immediately concerned. They warned everyone about the vents, and now someone has disappeared while retrieving supplies.

A small group goes looking for White.

They eventually find White standing in a hallway, frozen in place.

White is alive, but clearly terrified. They stare at the others, barely reacting to questions.

Red: "White? What happened? Did you see something?"

White doesn't answer.

Pink sighs.

Pink: "Great. Now everyone's getting worked up over nothing."

Maroon suggests White is simply overwhelmed by the blackout and Lavender's death.

Maroon: "We've got work to do. We can't spend the whole day chasing every little noise."

Red: "but before that, let's test my hypothesis"

Red grabs salt and water and mixes them together

Red sprays a little bit of it onto everyone and.. nothing happens..?

Pink: "wow. what a shocker. didn't work."

Red: "why isn't it working.. the aliens must have adapted or evolved to be immune to it"

Pink: "convenient."

Pink and Maroon leave to continue their work. A few other skeptical crewmates follow them, assuming White just needs time to calm down.

Rose stays briefly to check on White, but White still can't bring themselves to explain what happened.

Red wants to investigate further, but the others are already moving on.

Red isn't angry sad or anything. they have a backup plan that they prepared earlier

After the search, the crew attempts to resume their routines.

Gray goes into the living quarters with gold and magenta to relax. Maroon deals with the logistics of the incoming supplies. Pink returns to the laboratory

Purple, however, keeps thinking about Lavender and White

Two unsettling incidents have happened in quick succession, and Purple isn't convinced they're unrelated.

Red heads to clean lavender's body

Red: "So that's what green felt, huh.. i knew i was a bad captain but i didn't know i was this bad.."

".. im so sorry green.. i never meant for this to happen to you.. all you wanted to be is a captain.."

"all you wanted to do is be friends with everyone.. i can still remember your voice saying good vibes only.."

"You never cared about anyone, not that i know of.. maybe blue..? ssorry for calling your writing angsty"

"i shouldn't have doubted you, i knew you had some problems with your paranoia and i still made the crew think you were the murderer.. sorry lime"

"you were always better at being captain than me, even if you were the doctor.."

"maybe you two could be married in the afterlife.. if it exists.. chefs kiss.."

"you either really didn't know about MIRA or you just were oblivious.. i don't think you would work as an HR there if you knew what they did.."

"what if i never signed the NDA..? would we have been living happily together.. i don't know what they'll do to you.. all i know is that i should have listened to you"

"i never knew you.. you were just the contest winner.. i feel horrible for letting you fly the ship.."

"i.. oh my god.. it's all my fault.. i let white drive the ship.. that was probably when the aliens hatched.."

"why couldn't i have just listened.."

sobbing

Meanwhile, White finally starts to calm down.

They haven't explained what happened because they're still struggling to process it. They decide to return to somewhere familiar.. the kitchen.

White figures that making themselves something to eat might help them feel normal again

They prepare some food and sit down.

For the first time since the blackout, they seem relaxed.

Then they take a bite.

... oh no

someone stands in the doorway.

It's the impostor.

White looks again, and the figure seems to move closer.

White backs off away from the impostor

White tries to defend themselves fighting for their life.

the impostor raises their knife and..

cut.

magenta and gold get up to get some food from the kitchen

as they enter in.. They discover White's body lying on the ground, holding a knife with both hands holding onto it

The news spreads quickly.

The crew gathers again, horrified that another crewmate has died.

Olive is devastated. two people had died on their watch.. but Olive doesn't show it.

"Died for their favorite meal, huh? heh.. really was a great chef, cared about us, treated us like family.."

Purple: "They must look like they've... stabbed themselves?"

Gold: "Stabbed themselves?"

Purple begins examining the scene more carefully.

Among the food, Purple notices a strange, unfamiliar plant.

Nobody knows what it is.

Purple: "does white usually eat mysterious plants?"

Gray: "Not that any of us know"

The episode ends with Purple quietly documenting the discovery. waiting for the next step to solving this mystery
