Masons Keepe vs TGM Ridge?

Looking for some insight or opinions for which community may be better to live in, in regards to:

safety: car theft, break ins, assaults - also just generally the people that live there.

And

Management: does maintenance work get done in time, is the staff friendly etc - Masons Keepe has had a management change last week.

Management change at Masons Keepe?

Exactly the title, Ive already been approved for a Lease which is supposed to start second week of July. The issue is the leasing portals been down since last Tuesday. Ive called and asked when itll be back up to no tangible response. They tell me there may be an alternative way to sign the lease through email and theyll get back to me but noone has. For the past couple days its been radio silence no-one is picking up calls or responding to emails. I managed to get a hold of the property manager that told me someone in IT is going to fix the leasing portal today but its almost EOB and I dont see a change. I called another property managed by Bozzuto and they actually told me theres a management change happening at Masons Keepe and thats the reason resident and leasing portals have been down. Its very frustrating to think that the current management (bozzuto) may be hiding the transition and putting my international relocation into jeopardy. Does anyone have more info?

On contract prior to full-time work.

Here’s some context: I (bachelors of engineering in aerospace engineering from TMU w 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry) got a job offer for a full time Systems Engineer position for an eVTOL company in America. Company wanted me to start in May but due to a number of reasons I couldn’t move till July. Company offered me a contract to start working from Canada and then updated the full time offer to state a July start date. From start of contract to end (i plan on having a formal written end of contract letter from the company) I will not have crossed into America. The contract will end literally 1 day prior to when I plan to apply for a TN Visa at Bluewater bridge. Questions:

  1. With a bachelors in aerospace engineering and the position of a systems engineer in a company that is working on an eVTOL, i dont think theres much risk in rejection on that front?

  2. My biggest concern is the contract prior to starting full time work. I dont plan on bringing it up unless asked. If they ask for my resume the contract role at the company will be listed there so I am not actively trying to hide it. I know I am not breaking any regulations due to the contract because the work was/is strictly performed on Canadian soil. I will ensure I have a printed formal letter ending the contract. My concern is they may question why a role that I worked for 2 months remotely requires me to be in person now? I guess theres two answers I could provide: 1. The role does require me to be in perso. Due to testing activities, however to the number of reasons i couldnt move prior so company provided contract until I was able to relocate. 2. Roles are different, remote role did not involve testing component however the full time role does.

Not sure what sounds more reasonable lol. Both rationales are the truth. Maybe I’m overthinking this, maybe it’s not an issue at all. Not sure. Any advice would be appreciated lol.

Plan on bringing following to border and returning right after TN is acquired:

  1. Degree
  2. Sealed transcripts
  3. Offer letter
  4. Employer support letter
  5. Resume
  6. Marriage certificate so wife can get TD Visa.
