I own a very small moving company here and I’ve become very very fascinated with the sales process. I’ve improved our process significantly but I’ve decided I want to just switch to a sales job full time. Yeah I could make money owning a moving company, I could make money anywhere, but all the interviews I’ve been in seem to heavily question why I want to quit my business.

It’s almost like they think I’m the perfect candidate but they don’t believe me when I say I just didn’t like what I was doing at my company. I’m about to sell the company to one of my employees. Is there anything I should be communicating differently to the interviewers?
