Voltage not really dropping

I just finished cycling my 200ah lifepo4 battery and when it finished at 100% it was at 14v. I disconnected the battery and let it sit expecting it was going to start discharging to reach 13.6v but after 10hours it only came down to 13.9v. I can always bleed off the extra voltage but I was wondering why this happened. I discharged it to cutoff voltage and recharged it with my VEVOR 35a lifepo4 charger.

Finally

After redoing my board 3 times I believe I’m finally done. (I hope)

I was wondering if someone can tell me how to calibrate my bms? It would seem that it is showing the wrong SoC while discharging past 52%. It will stay at 52% even though it seems to be discharging still.
I was trying to cycle a new 200ah battery for the first time after I charged it to full with no problems.
When I used a 500w heater to speed up the discharge it seemed to discharge to 0 no problems but during that time I would check the SoC and it was wrong a few times but eventually showed the discharge was working again until it hit 0.
Do I just keep trying to cycle it and hope it gets better doing that?

AE tried to tell me that the courier tried to deliver it to my address but they couldn’t contact me to deliver it even though they had the correct address and phone#.
Found out later that it was in a different city and that had not tried to deliver it at all.
After a couple emails and online chat I was asked for my phone# again and was told that the courier would call me in 2-5 days to confirm that I would be here to accept it.
Needless to say they never called and 2 days later my local post delivered it in my mailbox when I wasn’t even here. I’ve never had to be home to accept a package from AE and I’ve ordered quite a few.
So if you get a message from AE stating they tried to deliver your package but you weren’t there to accept it it’s a lie they use to cover up their mistakes.

I’m adding a 12v fuse panel but not sure if I need a fuse or not for it. If so what size? I’m not going to be pulling more than 200w at most.
