Clairvoyant explanation doesn't make sense in episode 13
In episode 12, yokoya was already in the inspection room before they even decided on the amount and fukunaga decided on the amount herself, the blonde guy never said anything. The inspection room is 1 way glass and from the inside you can't see outside or hear outside they explained this in episode 11. The second time he guessed it right he was also in the inspection room before they decided on the amount. Is there something I missed?
