After applying coupons and card discount i think price is pretty much good

I saw these reps in a shop, i was impressed by the quality what do you guys think

Hi everyone I am 24M, I have been suffering from the scalp itchy dandruff flakes and patches since my childhood, it gets to its full potential during winters and I have been consulting various dermatologist’s but everyone is saying that it is scalp dermatitis, but recently I visited a new dermat who confirmed that it is a scalp psoriasis which I also thinks because consuming ketaconazole and itraconazole tablets haven’t helped me at all, even the ketaconazol shampoo’s as well.

Currently he has prescribed me:

1. Sorpionate S lotion (clobetasol propionate and salicylic acid solution) to apply on my scalp before bed time, 2-3 times a week.
2. 1.25 mg minoxidil tablet daily for my hair thinning.

Concern:
I have two major concerns that are:

1. Will using this solution in long term gonna affect me in any bad way like permanent hair loss
2. I have been consuming minoxidil tablets regularly from last 70 days, and my hair shedding period started after 20 days but still it is going on and while i shampoo i see a lot of hair on my hand, which feels horrible to see.

Can anyone guide me, is this amount of hair shedding for that long normal or should i go to some another dermat.
