Selling our starter home. Fresh paint inside and out, new garage door installed, new roof. The only thing we can’t figure out is what to do with a few broken floor tiles. One in the kitchen, one in a bathroom, and one in the laundry room. We cannot find a good match for replacement purposes. They’re not just cracked. They are broken. Do we just leave it and take the hit during price negotiations? Or should we replace the broken tiles with something that doesn’t match? We have been to all Lowes, HD, and Menards. Also to local flooring stores. Nothing available today is a close match. What is our best option for not letting the tile situation keep us from selling?

We will need a place to drop a few bags for about 5 hours on our arrival day. I see several options near Paddington (inside and outside the station). Happy to pay a bit more for guaranteed security. Appreciate any suggested options. Cheers.
