I have been trying for 2 days to collect the reward for these omnibus weekly missions. For context, I have recently started playing DCUO on ps5 after playing this game religiously 3-4 years ago on pc. I’ve noticed tons of updates and changes to the game but I do remember most of the mechanics. Like, I know you have to choose a reward. This much I do remember from playing years ago. So, when I finally got my character to lvl 30 after grinding for like a week, I was super pumped to run these missions for source marks I could definitely use to get gear and raise my CR.

So, I complete the weekly Alert mission and the Raid one too. I didn’t do the third one because I realized this wasn’t working and I didn’t wanna waste my time with it.

However, I’m still super frustrated with it because from my understanding these missions will reset and I’m fearful of losing my rewards 😩

On ps5, the key bind to choose the reward and complete the mission is simply X. So I press X. A lot. I press it upside down, sideways, from the floor, from my kitchen, everything. No matter how I press this button it won’t let me finish the mission. I just want my source marks. I just want the satisfaction of these missions not sitting in my journal. Taunting me, waiting for me to simply press the X button.

Please help me figure out what’s up with this, is this a known bug??

I have tried the following:
-restarting the game (completely closing the application and opening it up again)
-restarting the PlayStation
-3 different controllers. It’s not the button.
-pressing the button is various different ways in various different rooms out of pure frustration

My dad was recently hit on his motorcycle by a unyielding truck on 27th and Southern here in Arizona. He was 43 years young when he passed. I miss him so much and my heart is quite literally breaking. He was on his way home from work to come eat the dinner I made. I made tilapia and potatoes, one of his favorites. I checked his location via Find My (as I usually do) to make sure he was close enough for me to make his plate. I always make sure his food is nice and warm when he makes it home. One minute he was 9 minutes away from me, the next, he’s at University Medical Center. The panic set in when I realized his food was going cold and he still wasn’t home. Something was wrong. I called the ER and they broke the tragic and untimely news that my Dad, Jason David Irons-Raiter, had passed at 6:31pm Wednesday, April 8, 2026. He was a hard worker and the sole caretaker of not only me, but 5 other kids, including his 4 year old son. Because of this, it’s not only left an emotional impact beyond compare, but a financial one as well. I’ve started this GoFundMe in hopes that I can bring him home as soon as possible. He belongs here at home, surrounded by his family, and in the loving care he deserves. Anything and everything is greatly appreciated, please share with anyone you think might help. Our circle is very very small since we recently moved to Arizona just a few years ago and it’s been very difficult to find the right support during this extremely tough time.
