It’s so crazy managers don’t get paid as much as store managers or a decent enough amount, we do just as much aside from a few extra responsibilities. Don’t make sense. And then they ask you to do more but it’s not adding up with the pay.
I think I have reached my end with AZ. My mental health can’t take the customers chosen ignorance, attitudes, projected anger, entitlement, theft, and AZ’s expectations when it comes to making enough money on slow days and we have a bunch of customers coming from other stores with returns. Which leads to lower sales, hours cut, and low paychecks. 4-5 years too long. I understand some of these things depends on where you are located also but ugh
