Baby cane toad or?

Hey yall. This morning my dog started going after this baby toad in the grass. I immediately scooped him up to get my dog away from him. Is this little thing a baby cane toad or? I don’t have much experience with them, needing to know if I have to dispose the frog. Please let me know!!

Help! No matter how much I mop, my floors are still “dirty”

Hello all!!
I’m renting a house (1200 sqft) and on the 4th month of living here.
No matter how much I mop with my steam mop, my floors are still “dirty” after (I wipe with a clean rag and it’s brown), I always make sure to vacuum/sweep any debris from the floor beforehand. The previous tenets left the place dirty, in a way that you know they never cleaned & it was a shoes household when I’m a no shoes household. Had hired a cleaning company to do a deep clean before I moved in and even they said it. I use the shark steam mop and I go through all 8 of my mop pads, I’ve tried the micro fiber flat mop as well, and would even mop the floor 5 times before giving up.
I have 2 medium sized dogs and they get their feet wiped off every time they come inside.
Im attaching photos from the day before I got the first deep clean.
I’m just lost and genuinely need guidance on if I’m doing something wrong, or if I need to strip the floor (which I’d rather do alone since hiring a company would be pricy and again, I’m renting not owning)
Please just keep in mind that whatever cleaners/strippers you recommend, for them to be pet and pregnancy safe due to the fact that I’m pregnant. Thank you all so much!!
