New 52 week low after they somehow beat on earnings. I have had this name for years and honestly have little to show for it during that time as it has essentially roundtripped near my original cost basis years ago. This name desperately needs either rate cuts or a housing cycle, but I don't see either one coming any time soon. Still, with a now 3% yield, I added half a unit at $295 this morning. Could be dead noney for a while, but this is in an account of hold forever type of stocks, so I will just have to be patient.
