False tampering
Back in January, I bow to start my car, zeros. Soon as I start my car “ sync data “ appears on my device. 5 mins goes by and still hasn’t left, so I call Intoxalock about it. They said it was a power disruption from my battery to my machine, low battery more than likely. I live in Michigan and it was end of January so coldest month of the winter. A week prior my battery died and had to charge it, so many times I start my car and it barely starts or says weak battery.
3 months later, end of April I get a letter from SOS revoking my license due to tampering, illegal start. So I send all my documents into SOS and they don’t care to help me, I filed my appeal and have court at the end of may.
Also I got that packet showing all my blows and pics from that date and where the illegal start came from. I have the blower in my hand. My last blow was 2 am I work nights, then it said my next blow was 308 pm and it never read my breath sample.
Between 2 am and 308 pm, I blew 4 times and it all registered zero and when I looked at the pics my camera never took a picture of me blowing and it wasn’t on any of the pictures they sent me. So now I’m confused on how I have data logs of blowing but no pictures.
I have been on the phone with Intoxalock and they can’t help me out at all, keep saying contact the state.
Also on my annual report there is no violation stemming from that date of the illegal start, also last year two dates where my machine went off when I was sleeping and I had to go pay the 75 and take a drug test.
So now going to court I should be fine knowing that so many things are wrong with this device they have me
