Is the traffic driving in and out of Rehoboth always that bad? It’s been years since going back, but man, that was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. I live in NOVA, so I get it. But this was by far the worst. Is this common during the summer months?

My daughter is 2. I’m very health conscious and I do not smoke or drink, neither does my wife. My BIL is a heavy smoker and he drinks, the cigarette smell REEKS on him and his clothing. I got pissed off and let him know that because he smokes, he can’t hold my daughter. He got upset and left. I do not care. AIO?
