How’d I do?
Trying to get better at upselling. I do have personal fav on the menu I’ve tried so I’m seeking to perfect my impromptu with words such as “ buttery, vibrant, aromatic, rich, etc you get the point” to really pitch the sale. What are your thoughts on pooled tips bc that’s what we do here.
