Working in Goldman Sachs, not sure what to do next, need perspectives/help.

Hello there fellow aspirants.

Hope y'all are doing okay. I 24M, currently working in Goldman Sachs India. I am looking to pursue my MBA. I have wasted 2.5 Years of my life only working and not prepping for GMAT/CAT. My work hours are very hectic. I have completed a year in the firm already. Should I start my prep and carry on with my job or should I divert my energy with finding a better job with better WLB & then prepping? I have wasted my time and dont want to waste anymore of it. I want to switch field to core ops/strategy and dont want to continue in finance.

Any/all persepctives are welcome.

Extremely Depressed on my solo trip to Sikkim. Any help/advice is welcome.

Hello there fellow people,

Hope all is well. Wanted recommendations on what I can do for the next two days in Sikkim. I have come here on a solo trip. I am staying in a hostel and everyone seems to be keeping to themselves and no one socialises much. I dont like the hostel much but I have already booked and I can’t change it. Plus I am feeling unwell cause of the weather changes. I feel like crying so much and I am missing home. I overbooked my stay and the airline fares are very high right now to change. I have visited nathula pass and north Sikkim and the monastery as well. What do I do?

First time in Sikkim (10 Days) starting next week. Need your best itinerary hacks & safety tips!

Hello fellow travellers,

Hope y'all are doing great.

I'm arriving in Sikkim next week for a 10-day solo trip from Bangalore. So far, I’ve only booked my first 2 nights at a Zostel, leaving the rest of the trip completely open. Excited to visit the buddhist temple and meditate there for a while as well.

How should I plan out the remaining 8 days to make the most of it? Should I lock down more accommodation now, or figure it out as I go?

Also, please hit me with your top safety precautions, must-see places, or permit tips for this time of the year. Thanks a ton!

Hello guys,

I have two weeks off from 18th May 2026 to June 1st. I was looking for places like North east, Thailand or Vietnam. I have a budget of 60k. What would y’all suggest? Please do let me know. Tickets right now are very expensive and I don’t know what to do and with the fuel crisis, it will get worse. Any/all opinions are welcome.
