Hi all
Decided to renew today and agreed all via live chat. Happy with the price albeit paying a premium for the Sky Q experience and the convenience.
Any way I’ve had the contract summary and the discounts are all wrong (eg I agreed gigafast at 30 and it is showing 52 normal price and 49 net price on the contract email).
They said it’d take 72 hours for expected bills to catch up so do I want until then or query this erroneous email immediately?
