Strong Smell On Block Printed Fabric From India

Hi everyone, I am purchasing a lot of block printed fabrics from India for my new business because they are so light weight, comfortable and pretty, and the prices are not too bad either. However, I have noticed very strong smell on some of the fabrics. Not all of them, but some. I looked up online, some says it's the chemical they use to binding the dye, some says it's the starch. Whatever it is, this is for sure very harmful to health. I have tried to wash them with vinegar, laundery detergent, or leave them out in the air for a couple of weeks, and the smell is still there. I am wondering if anyone who loves this kind of colorful fabric ever has the same issue. Also if there's a method that actually works to remove this smell. I let my friends try to smell it(2 guys, I am a female), they couldn't smell much, but to me, it's so strong (I do have a sensitive nose), and I am very sure this is from bad chemicals.

Not allowed to use automatic signature at work, frustrated :(

My boss told me not to use automatic signature in emails. Instead, he told me to type my name every single time because this is what he does (he is Japanese). I was very shocked because I have been using automatic signature since 20 years ago and I don't understand why spending time typing your name instead of using the automatic signature which the main purpose is to help you save time and be efficient at work. I asked my coworkers (who are also Japanese), the more shocking thing is that both of them type their name!! I checked their emails, it's the same signature, best, xxx in all the emails. What's the point of repeatly doing this? Is this some Japanese culture thing? But all of our clients from Japan use automatic signature in their emails...I am very frustrated about this, because I feel like I'm being forced to do meaningless thing although it's such a small detail.

HP Creation Jaipur - Block Print Fabric

Hi, has anybody ever purchased block print fabric from HP Creation Jaipur?

I am located in the US. I am starting a women's clothing brand that mainly makes spring-summer shirts and dresses. I am thinking of using Indian block print fabrics.

I ended up on india mart which is a reliable B2B platform in India. I just finished my 1st purchase from a vendor with a fairly good review (4.5/5), but I did not have a good experience. The owner tends to lie about things, not just once, which caused a 2-week delay on my order. (Thanks god they finally shipped my order, although I have not received it, but at least now I have a tracking number. Seriously, I thought I got scammed for a couple of days.) So now I am more cautious about dealing with Indian vendors.

HP Creation is another vendor I found, it has a 4.8/5 rating, and so far everything looks a lot more professional than the previous vendor. Just for safety, I still wanted to try on Reddit to see if anyone has done business with them. If any, I would appreciate if you could share your experience here. Thank you!
