I have a new machine for my coffee, gotta get that out of the way… but, I’ve tried 2 different types of beans and I’m getting some bitterness on the front side I don’t like. Is it most likely the roast style, the temp they are being brewed at or the bean grind size?
I’m getting a little bit of bitterness when doing the classic drip coffee selection. Could it be the beans or is it the brew temp or grind size of the beans? I’ve tried multiple types of coffee all have it on the front end.
It smells so good I hope it tastes as good as it smells! Go ahead and tell me if I’ve screwed anything up! I don’t have any software but I did try to keep good notes.
